I would like to see a side by side comparison of the proposed Boulder provisions to 1) what would be required if we simply mirrored the state statutes in in CRS 24-6, or 2) the requirements of other cities nearby or peer cities. This would be very helpful to
 provide context and a frame of reference for considering new regulations.
