I have two addition questions regarding fire sprinklers.
 
On additions, how large does an addition need to be (either sq ft or % of structure) to trigger the requirement for sprinklers?  If the sprinkler requirement is triggered, does the whole house need to have sprinklers installed?
 
Boulder County requires fire sprinklers, but I believe the requirement is triggered only on larger houses.  What are the Boulder Country requirements?
