I would propose the following corrections  to the ordinance and ballot title language:

1)  packet page 7 - The word election in the ballot title should be plural.

2)  packet page 9 , ordinance description, 10th line from top - add the word "such" before the word "City" to clarify that county voters will be participating only in the city elections related to electric utility debt and debt repayment matters.

3)  packet page 10, 2nd line of ballot title - add the word "related" prior to the word "City" as was shown on packet page 7 as the staff recommendation
