This item includes a reference to "Base Materials" as the supporting information and analyses underpinning a potential Council finding that the charter requirements for forming an electric utility have been met.  The brief description of the "Base Materials" in Attachment A, Part D of the proposed ordinance includes the additional material requested by Council.  

Where can I find a compilation of the additional material requested by Council including the answers to the many questions raised by several council members about the modeling process and results?
