As a result of a staff/contractor miscommunication an incorrect cost estimate for the "South Bowl" loop trail was included in the City Council memo.  The estimated cost was reported as $350,000 while the actual cost estimate is  $160,000 for trail construction plus an additional + $100,000 for bridging a drainage should the trail be constructed.
