I would appreciate staff preparing language amending Proposed Ordinance 7804 that would, if adopted, implement the following:

Sec. 185 (b): That all Utility Board members be electors in Boulder

Sec. 185 c: That the City Manager and Council participate in the same process to appoint Board members and that the appointments be restricted to those applicants who have met the requirements of this process: timely application, public interviews in which both the Council and CM participate, and finally, public appointment of Board members.
