Item 3G: Since the City does not have an agreement to purchase the property near the airport, is there any time limitation on the CDOT funding for this land purchase? If so, what is it?

Item3 I: As I read this item, the GOCO grant application has already been submitted. Why is Council being asked to approve and authorize this application after the fact? If Council had any concerns, it is too late to address them.

Item 3J: What level of enforcement do we currently undertake against "café seating?" How many tickets, if any, have been written in the last couple years? Also, how were the Hill Commercial District and the Downtown chosen as the two areas where café seating would be permitted? Is it likely that the City would prevail legally if the proposed ordinance is challenged by businesses outside these two areas?

Item3K: Under the proposed ordinance re: mobile food vehicles sales, how is City owned land that is leased addressed? If the City retains responsibility for any streets and/or roads on such leased land, are these arteries considered public right of way?
