karl, on the rosewood annexation, what is the empty parcel to the west of site? i can see that silver lake goes through there, but what is to the south? who owns it?
the proposed 9th street connection would go between these 2 parcels? and connect to what? isn't that a trail? why do we want a road going to the trail? i'm a little confused.
