<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">There was a CAC request for additional information on the third reading of Ordinance 8544, for Council’s consideration at the 11/3 meeting. The third reading of this ordinance
 is required because the ordinance was amended at second reading without prior notice of the amendments to the ordinance in a daily newspaper of the city. The City Charter requires notice of the ordinance in full, with all amendments, prior to its final passage.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The proposed ordinance would amend section 9-2-19, “Rezoning,” of the Boulder Revised Code (B.R.C. 1981) by adding a criterion that ensures any rezonings must be consistent
 with the vision of the East Boulder Subcommunity Plan. At second reading, Council made the following changes, as noted in red below:
