<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">At tomorrow's meeting, we will be discussing possible ballot options for moving municipal elections to even years. Only 2 options seem viable, and one question I hope staff can answer tomorrow is: may we present voters
with the 2 options? For example, could we have a threshold ballot item that asks voters, "Do you want to move City of Boulder elections to even years?" And then next ballot question(s) could ask: if the threshold ballot item garners sufficient support, would
voters prefer the option A timeline vs. the option B timeline as the method for doing so.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
