We have received some emails today from representatives of the Cannabis industry expressing concern and providing suggestions for the language in policy 52f.</div>

As you may recall, staff had removed the statement and council added it back in recognition of the bill passed during the 2021 legislative session. <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The act requires the Colorado school of public
health to do a <i><b>systematic review of the scientific research</b></i> related to the possible physical and mental health effects of high-potency THC marijuana and concentrates using only funding provided by the general assembly.</span><o:p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit; font-weight: inherit;"> </o:p></div>
