This is not an action meant to impede their business practices and decision-making; it is an opportunity to collectively stabilize our economy. <o:p> </o:p> <o:p> </o:p> We are encouraging landlords to support their struggling renters, by offering them support, which may include a lower rent payment, extension of lease, fee waivers, partial use of security deposits, and non-eviction based on the terms of an agreed upon payment plan. This is a major step in maintaining the health and wellbeing of Boulderites and our economy. <o:p> </o:p> <o:p> </o:p> We would like to commend the institutions that have already pledged their support of this effort (please see the letter attached).
