Specifically, in light of evictions that loom, even more people are in danger of becoming homeless — and increasing legal living options offers a lifeline. <o:p></o:p></span></p> </div> <div> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p> </div> <div> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I would like to understand the steps Boulder City Council would need to take if we wanted to suspend, alter, or eliminate our occupancy restrictions in keeping with Governor Polis’s suggestion. <o:p></o:p></span></p> </div> <div> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p> </div> <div> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I also will note that we have a ballot initiative under consideration that gets at this issue.
