Please be advised, the following requested amendment has been added to the February 2, 2023 Regular Meeting Council agenda:

Item 3I - Motion to authorize the city manager to enter into a Compromise, Mutual Release, and Settlement Agreement, in the amount of $33,200.33, to settle all disputes arising out of damage to Snow Lion School property – ITEM INADVERTANLY NOT INCLUDED IN THE LEGAL AGENDA PUBLICATION of 1/29/23
