[BoulderCouncilHotline] Follow up on the Works Program website

Dear council members,

We were able to follow up this morning with Boulder County Public Health regarding the question on if the Works Program website includes advice for drug use in public bathrooms. BCPH provided us the following response:
"The reference last night at the Council meeting about a document suggesting smoking meth in restrooms is found in a national harm reduction document, which is among other documents on our Works Program webpage. It is not a BCPH document, and the document includes a wide range of issues related to harm reduction. It has not specifically been endorsed by BCPH."

BCPH staff told us that they do not advocate for smoking meth in public bathrooms.
