[BoulderCouncilHotline] Proposed Revisions to the Site Review criteria ordinance

Dear Councilmembers,

P&DS Staff met with Mayor Aaron Brockett and Council member Lauren Folkerts today to discuss some edits to the Site Review criteria on their suggestion. Based on that discussion, we have prepared the attached document that details the suggested changes. We anticipate discussing these changes this evening. If the council were in agreement on these changes, staff would recommend that the council modify the motion to include any changes that reach consensus.
