In late April/early May of this year, the Downtown Boulder Partnership conducted a targeted survey of the downtown business community regarding the future of the West End street closure. Some results from that survey were referenced in the West Pearl Update memo council received last week. The full results of that survey are attached for context in advance of the council discussion on Thursday.
