[BoulderCouncilHotline] Item 3G 11.03.22 Memo Addendum

Dear Council Members and Hotline Followers,

The proposed amendments to the Council Procedure section XVI - Rules of Decorum have been removed from the November 3, 2022, Agenda.  These changes will be brought forward on a future agenda along with some proposed additional changes related to seating access and presentations.

The consideration of a motion to amend the Council Procedure section IX - Nominations and Elections will proceed on November 3, 2022.  The updated Agenda item is attached.
