[BoulderCouncilHotline] Elementary School Shooting in Texas

Dear Council Colleagues,


Could we take a few minutes at the start of the meeting to acknowledge the horrific mass shooting at a Texas elementary school today?  I am happy to saw a few words. This hit home for me as I just came from my some Kindergarten graduation celebration. Im also happy to defer to Aaron as well.
