[BoulderCouncilHotline] Boulder City Council Meeting Day Change

Good afternoon Hotline Followers,



Beginning on July 14, Boulder City Council meetings and study sessions will change from Tuesdays to Thursdays with the start time remaining at 6 p.m. The draft 2022 meeting schedule is attached, and council is scheduled to approve the new dates at the May 17 meeting.



This transition will impact a few of our other processes including:

*        New timeline for public comment and public hearing speaker sign-ups

*        Changes to business processes related to Planning and Development Services

*        New Board and Committee meeting times

o   The Planning Board will meet on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 6 p.m.

o   The Board of Zoning and Adjustments will meet on the 2nd Tuesdays of the month at 4 p.m.

o   The Design Advisory Board will meet on the 2nd Wednesdays of the month at 4 p.m.
