During tomorrow’s City Council meeting, February 15, 2022, the City Council will consider how to proceed with the Referendum of Ordinance 8483 regarding the annexation of the property generally known as CU South.  Specifically, the Council will give direction on how to proceed by selecting one of three options: 1. Repeal Ordinance 8483; 2. Submit the referendum to a special election before November 2022; or 3. Place the referendum on the ballot for the November 2022 election.
