Please note the below changes to the subject meeting that were made at this morning's CAC:


  *   ADD - Item 1A - Declaration honoring Transgender Day of Remembrance
  *   MOVE PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 5A to PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 2A - To hold Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem Elections - Which will REORDER the AGENDA
  *   ADD - Item 9A - Discussion on future in-person meetings and 2022 meeting day

Also be advised that the backup material and Council memo for Item 3G has been uploaded and is available for review.
