Hello Council, Staff, and Hotline Subscribers,

This coming Friday and Saturday council will hold their annual retreat. It will take place over Zoom on 1/22 from 4-8 p.m., and on 1/23 from 8-12 p.m., and will be broadcast live on YouTube and Channel 8<https://bouldercolorado.gov/boulder8>.   *   2021 Midterm Retreat Agenda;
