[BoulderCouncilHotline] Revised motion for agenda item 2F

At CAC this morning, the committee decided to offer council the opportunity to reduce the size of the city attorney recruitment subcommittee to two members, which would allow it to be appointed pursuant to Charter section 9.   If council wishes to do so, council should consider the following motion:

Motion to create a city attorney recruitment subcommittee pursuant to charter section 9 with all authority provided thereunder and  to appoint council members _______ and _____
that committee and to ratify any acts taken between February 2, 2021 and the present.
