A number of people have written to us requesting greater protections relating to conditions placed on the sale of their mobile home units. Can staff address this issue in tonight’s discussion of Ordinance 8383, both in terms of what is actually happening within our mobile home communities and what practical steps might be taken in connection with this issue?
