[BoulderCouncilHotline] Corrected Response and a Graph

Dear Colleagues and Community,

I would like to provide a correction to a response provided by a CCA board member in response to a question from Bob Yates at last night's meeting (2/4/2020). The average ground lease is now $4236, the amount added in 2015 was $2400. The former is the correct answer to Bob's question.

Additionally, a graph of membership purchases was held up during the same testimony and could likely not be seen by the public. I have attached a PDF of that graph plus an additional graph that helps set the context.
