[BoulderCouncilHotline] Community Benefits: Consultant Response

Dear City Council Members,

The Boulder Chamber sent a letter to council members on Oct. 13 expressing numerous concerns with a recent economic analysis for the community benefits project. At it's meeting yesterday, the Council Agenda Committee asked that the consultant team (Keyser Marston Associates, or "KMA") provide a response to the Boulder Chamber's letter prior to the second reading of the community benefits ordinance tonight. The response from KMA is attached to this email and will be available at your dais seat tonight.
