[BoulderCouncilHotline] Item 3J (Dec. 3, 2019) Memo missing

Dear Staff,

The Council packet for tomorrow evening is missing the memo for Item 3J - Ordinance 8369, 3365 Diagonal Highway Deed of Vacation. In its place is the memo for Item 3H - Ordinance 8368, 2150 Folsom Deed of Vacation. Essentially, Ordinance 8368 is in the packet twice.
