Colleagues

I've looked at tonight's proposed presentation and note is has 43 slides.  A rule of thumb is #slides = #minutes.

I certainly hope this presentation does not go on for more than 20-25 minutes maximum. Study sessions should be for council discussion. I thought we had agreed back at the retreat to have shorter presentations.

Let's focus to ensure this stays at a maximum time of 25 minutes.
