[BoulderCouncilHotline] Potential Changes to the Cooperative Housing Ordinance

Some council members have expressed an interest in gaining more experience with the cooperative housing ordinance before making substantive changes.  I was asked to provide a breakdown of the changes based on things that really should be changed and those that could wait.  I am attaching a chart that shows all of the potential changes identified in the staff memorandum.  Each change is marked as follows:


  *   1 (Green) means most important.


  *   2 (Orange) means would be nice to have.


  *   3 (Red) means it can wait.
