[BoulderCouncilHotline] Additional proposed amendment to the Human Rights Ordinance

A council member has requested that staff be prepared to propose the following amendment to the Human Rights Ordinance.

Amend Section 5 to add:
The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective immediately.  Provided, however, that until December 1, 2018, no enforcement action under this ordinance shall be taken against any property owner who, as of May 1, 2018, lawfully refused to rent based on source of income.
