[BoulderCouncilHotline] Resolution on Ponderosa Mobile Home Park

Dear Colleagues,

I would like your consideration of the following amendment to the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park resolution, the proposed change is italicized and underlined.

"The City Council of the City of Boulder that the acquisition, annexation and improvements to the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park, located at 4475 Broadway in Boulder, and the opportunity to create a permanently affordable, sustainable and resilient community is consistent with the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan and consequently the City Manager is hereby directed to pursue a path forward in coordination with the residents of the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park to protect the health and life safety of the community, ensuring the long-term affordability, sustainability and resiliency of the Ponderosa community in a manner that emulates the current state, both in its communal and physical nature."
