[bouldercouncilhotline] Hotline: Proposed amendments to the council rules of procedure

At CAC this morning Mayor Jones identified some mistakes in the proposed council rules amendments.  I have attached a draft of proposed amendments that will be on the dais this evening.

The amendments are non-substantive.


  1.  Both the rules for public hearings and comment on matters referred to speaking rules for open comment.  In light of the changes to the open comment rules, the proposed amendment would incorporate the old speaking rules into the rules for public hearings and refer to those rules for comment on matters.
  2.  There were also a few typographical errors that are corrected.
