[BoulderCouncilHotline] Work Plan Priorities for the January 2018 City Council Retreat - Response Requested by December 19

Dear Council Members:


As we prepare for discussions about the 2018-2019 Work Plan at the Retreat, the Retreat Committee would like your feedback on several questions:

1.    After reviewing the attached 2018 City Council Work Plan Draft (Work Plan), do you believe that the appropriate projects are on the Work Plan for the first half of 2018 and they are scheduled appropriately?  If yes, please respond that you agree with the proposed work for the first half of 2018 and go to Question 4.

2.   If you would like to propose that certain work plan items be added, eliminated or rescheduled during the first half of 2018, please list those items.

3.    If you propose work plan items be added to the Work Plan during the first half of 2018, what would you recommend be shifted or removed from the Work Plan?

4.   What are your Work Plan priorities for the 2nd half of 2018 and 2019?

Please reply to Hotline no later than 5:00 pm on December 19, 2017.  Heather Bergman will compile your responses and they will become the basis for conversations at the January 4 council meeting and on January 20, 2018 at the Retreat.
