Mayor and Members of Council,

Thank you for your questions and feedback at the Sept. 13 Budget Study Session on the City Manager's 2017 Recommended Budget and for other questions and feedback that you have sent to us related to the 2017 Recommended Budget. Staff is working on responses to these questions and comments and will be providing that in the materials for the Oct. 4 first reading of the 2017 budget ordinances. As additional questions and comments come in, we will work to respond  to those as well.

In order to prepare responses for inclusion in the final meeting agenda and memo for the Oct. 4 meeting, it would be helpful to receive your questions and comments on or before Sept. 26. For items received after that date and for items requiring significant time for response, staff will provide council with a verbal update at the Oct. 4 council meeting.

We look forward to the continued discussion on the 2017 Recommended Budget.
