Fellow Council Members and HOTLINE followers,

It was announced today by Veros, a real estate analytics company, that the three housing markets in the US with the highest expected appreciation for the next 12 months are Denver (+10.8%), Boulder (+10.5%), and Fort Collins (10.3%).  Our focus as a Council on affordable housing programs for a range of incomes needs to remain a priority, since it is an issue with great impact on our community.
