Here is the motherlode of ADU studies, based on years of study in Portland, Eugene, and Ashland, Oregon. It's a rather long study, but it's summarized well on page 2. We'll be able to ask a lot of clarifying questions in our upcoming visit.

Note, most of the concerns and questions asked by Mr. Marsh and others are addressed in this study.
