Subject: Call ups for tonight

Regarding the call-ups tonight, can we please get a copy of the Planning Board minutes for the Oct. 1, 2015 meeting.  I think they were approved last Thursday.

Also could staff please clarify if  “unsubsidized market rate affordable efficiency units that would have a price point under $1,000 per month” are guaranteed or is this just an aspiration? This is an aspiration. “Unsubsidized market rate affordable” in this context means there would be no covenant ensuring a particular
 level of rent or affordability. 
 
Also does not the site on Jay Road need to be annexed and would not it need a Comp Plan Land Use Designation change?


Yes the site on Jay Road would require annexation as well as a Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map change if these proposal advanced past the Concept Plan stage.
