I just travelled east and then south on the route below during the time indicated above. The only intersection where more than six vehicles waited at a light, or to turn left, was southbound on Folsom at Canyon, where 11 vehicles waited in single file for the light to turn. All eleven cleared the intersection shortly after the light turned green.
