Thanks to my fellow Council members and City staff for such a productive retreat.  I appreciate the civility and efficiency on all parts, and want to publicly thank Suzanne and Lisa for their hard work getting this event teed up.  I also want to compliment staff on their willingness to be creative in response to Council suggestions.  This was a well-run process, and I appreciate all of your work.
