I request that the CAC find an appropriate time for us to discuss whether to schedule another Executive Session in the near future for the purpose of obtaining and discussing legal advice with respect to Boulder's electric utility.  It has been nearly one month since our last Executive Session, there have been litigation developments since the last Executive Session (and presumably there will be more in the near future), and it makes sense for Council to stay on top of the litigation.
