Jeff, I want to thank you and your department for what a terrific place you have created at Elks Park. This was a rundown large, grassy area with a dark, leaky picnic shelter before the Parks staff joined hands in its renovation. You have turned it into a great
 place to play, read and relax.


The photo below is of the zip line that you put in. What fun! This dad is helping his daughter get a bit of extra speed for the recoil.


You folks did a great job, and your City thanks you for it.
