Colleagues,

On Tuesday, in my absence, you will be voting on an ordinance to allow Council call-ups of Concept Plans. I would like to voice my support for the ordinance as revised without the requirement for a joint Planning Board and Council meeting.

Given our community's voiced concern regarding their dissatisfaction with projects in Boulder in general and in Boulder Junction specifically, and the nexus between the upcoming vote on the Concept call-up ordinance, I would like the ability for us to apply
 this new ordinance (if it passes) to the Rève project.
