It looks like a bill supporting a potential state health study on oil and gas extraction is in choppy water at the state legislature.  As I think this is a very important role for our state to play to protect its citizens, I was wondering if Carl could give
 us a short overview of the potential for this bill to pass, and any steps the City should take to support this bill.
