Greetings,

While reading the BVCP in preparation for the retreat, I ran across a reference to an "Integrated Planning Process" that was done in the 90's. I have not been able to locate it on the city's website. I would like to request either a link or a PDF file (undoubtedly
 will need to be scanned) to at least an executive summary of what the vision was behind that process.
