with respect to the discussion that CAC scheduled council to hold tomorrow night on the potential implications to the City of Boulder if Amdt. 64 was to pass, please  review for the meeting:

Chief Beckner will be collecting additional information on past citations that CAC requested.
 
Tom or Carl will be available to speak and respond to council questions about the practical implications to the city that we can foresee if this measure were to pass.
