In preparation for tomorrow night's Study Session on Boulder's Energy Future, here are revised council questions for consideration:

Does council have questions or feedback regarding:
·    Supply-side option to form a local utility?
·    Supply-side options with Xcel?
·    Potential ballot measures, including:
¨   City Charter language;
¨   Interim revenue ballot measures;
¨   Long-term financing; and
¨   A new Xcel partnership?
